Well., today I'm gonna show you how to make a pizza at your home! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

                                Let's Get Started!!



Ingredients needed-

To make the dough: 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp All purpose flour 1/2 Tsp Sugar 1/4 Tsp Baking powder 1/4 Tsp Baking soda 1 Tsp Melted ghee (Or coconut oil) 3 Tbsp Curd/Yogurt Water 1 Tbsp Salt to taste

To make Pizza Sauce: 1/2 Inch Ginger 4-5 Small cloves of garlic 1 Small Onion (Roughly cut) 1 Small Tomato 1/2 Cup Water 2-3 Tsp Oil 1 Tsp Red chilli powder (optional) 1/4 Tsp Oregano (Optional) 1 Tsp Sugar Salt to taste

For Topping: This is up to availability of toppings with you. I am using following:: Some sweetcorn Some onion Some capsicum Some tomato Some chilli flakes Some oregano
Cheese of desired amount (grated)

Method to follow-

First put your flour in a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp sugar and some salt to taste. Add your baking powder and baking soda.Now add the ghee (or coconut oil) and mix it!  Add in your curd/yogurt and now it maybe time to go in with your handsπŸ˜€. Add in some water to tighten it, you won't need much water since the curd/yogurt contains water too. Time to knead! Knead it with your hands till. it's a fluffy, stretchy doughπŸ˜‹. Coat it in some oil and cover it with a cloth for 15 minutes. 

Now we make some pizza sauce! (You can also use ready made pizza sauce) πŸ˜‰

Put in your ginger in a heated pan and sautΓ© for a minute or two. Now add your garlic, tomato and onion and roast them for a while. Take them off the pan and let cool down.   For the next step you will need a blender.                                                     Take your roasted ginger, garlic, tomato and onion and blend them till they are a smooth paste. Put the paste in a pan and add some red chilli powder and mix it in now pour in the rest of the paste with some water and cover the pan/pot with a lid till it thickens, Now add in your chilli flakes and oregano (you can skip it if you don't have it). Add the sugar and some salt to taste. πŸ˜ƒ

Now take out your veggies and chop them to the desired size. Of course you can use whatever toppings you desire, pepperoni, Mushrooms, sausage, anything that's available!

Now take the dough we made earlier and knead it for a few seconds. Sprinkle some flour on the surface you want to roll out your dough on. Put your dough on it and roll it out with a rolling pin into a circle shape take out an oven safe pizza baking plate and grease it well. Now put your pizza dough on it and spread it a little with your hands if needed.πŸ˜ƒ




Now pour your pizza sauce on top and spread it out on top of that pour your white sauce and spread that out πŸ˜…. Now you sprinkle your grated cheese on top and arrange your toppings you can arrange the cheese and the toppings however you like of course. Now your un-baked pizza should more or less look like this.πŸ˜‹


Now it's time to bake! If you are  using an oven then you need to preheat it at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes. 😊
If you don't have an oven you can use a kadhai! You need to place a stand and preheat the kadhai with a lid on for 10 minutes at medium flame. Place your pizza in the  kadhai and put the lid back on. Lower the flame and bake the pizza at low flame for 20- 22 minutes.πŸ˜‰


Now take out your pizza from the kadhai/ oven (whichever you are using), cut a slice and enjoy! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
